Marmalade is run by a fully qualified Food Science and Bakery Science Graduate with over 25 years experience in the food and baking industries; researching and developing products, processes and ingredients; ensuring their quality, legality, safety, integrity and underlining that all, of course, their deliciousness! Two years also spent at the National Bakery School in London ensures we also know what we’re doing when it comes to baking a good product or two!

Good to know as well, is that Marmalade leaders are all enhanced DBS checked qualified, experienced teaching and learning support staff from local schools and pre-schools, so we know how to safeguard and look after your precious ones as well.

Marmalade is registered as a Food Business with the London Borough of Bromley and holds a Food Hygiene rating of 5. This is the highest that any Food Business can achieve.

We impart all of this knowledge and experience into our classes which are relaxed and friendly and we’re all geared up for the children to be making amazing things in no time!
